Guy
Lancaster is a freelance writer, editor,
the Jonesboro correspondent for the Arkansas Catholic, and a regular
columnist for the Part-Time Heretic.
He holds two degrees in English and is currently working on one in
theology from St. Gregory’s University, as well as his Ph.D. in
Heritage Studies from Arkansas State University. His fiction has
previously appeared in Arkansas Review: A Journal of Delta Studies,
and his first novel, Queen of Purgatory, is forthcoming in 2005 from Chenault and Gray. He lives in Jonesboro with his wife,
Anna, and two cats. When not writing, he is probably homebrewing--the
first place prize he shared with a friend for a batch of the dreaded
Spanish Cock Ale they did together has only encouraged him in this
hobby.
