AMANDA AUCHTER is the editor of Pebble Lake Review and an editorial assistant at Gulf Coast.  She is the recipient of the 2005 Bucknell Younger Poets Seminar Fellowship, the 2004 Howard Moss Poetry Prize and was a finalist in the 2004 Atlanta Review International Poetry Competition. She was also awarded third prize for nonfiction in the 2003 Writer's Digest International Writing Contest.  Her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Bellevue Literary Review, Cimarron Review, Hawai'i Pacific Review, Phoebe, Smartish Pace, Tampa Review, and elsewhere.  She is the author of Light Under Skin, forthcoming from Finishing Line Press.
